In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, and participate in any gambling activity on olx128. This age threshold applies to all users regardless of nationality or location. olx128 enforces this requirement strictly and conducts age verification during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all deposits will be refunded in accordance with applicable procedures.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. olx128 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using an online gambling platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that your access and use do not violate any law or regulation binding upon you.

2.3 Capacity. You confirm that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

2.4 Employees. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of olx128 and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are ineligible to hold an active player account or participate in any promotional offer.

3.1 One Account Policy. Each person is permitted to hold exactly one active olx128 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. olx128 employs device-fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and document-matching technology to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate account will be permanently suspended and all associated funds may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), date of birth, valid email address, and preferred Indonesian bank account details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any detail changes.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. olx128 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify olx128 immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). Before processing any withdrawal, and at any time at olx128's discretion, we may require you to complete our KYC verification proce dure. This requires you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your national identity card (KTP) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of account details);
• Any additional document reasonably requested by olx128's compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC within 14 calendar days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.5 Account Dormancy. An account that records no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. olx128 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. olx128 accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Transfers below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned, subject to any bank-imposed inter-bank transfer fees which remain the Player's responsibility.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your olx128 account within 1–5 minutes of successful transfer confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. In exceptional cases involving banking system delays, processing may take up to 60 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 60 minutes, please contact our support team with your transfer receipt.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by olx128 within an average of 5 minutes for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals (above Rp 50.000.000) may require additional compliance review and may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name — transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits are set per payment method and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. olx128 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.6 Platform Fees. olx128 charges no platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider for inter-bank transfers are borne solely by the Player and are beyond olx128's control.

4.7 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a deposit made to olx128 — without first contacting olx128 support — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. olx128 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, void any outstanding winnings, and pursue recovery of the reversed amount through all available legal and commercial channels.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by olx128 are subject to these general terms and any additional promotion-specific conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific conditions prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by olx128 carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10× (ten times) the bonus amount before those funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total wagers of at least Rp 1.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is established.

5.3 Eligible Games. Unless stated otherwise, all slots contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers placed at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Game contributions are subject to change; current rates are displayed in the bonus terms at the time of each promotion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus funds and wagering-restricted winnings will be forfeited automatically.

5.5 Abuse Prevention. olx128 monitors bonus activity to detect irregular play patterns, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear requirements without genuine gameplay intent, the use of automated software or bots, and coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system may have their bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and account suspended.

5.6 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time, unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise. Depositing during an active bonus period will extend the wagering requirement rather than cancel it, unless you have opted out of the current bonus prior to depositing.

6.1 Game Outcomes. All casino games on olx128 — including slots, live dealer tables, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are supplied by licensed live-dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of olx128's operational staff and cannot be manipulated by either the Platform or the Player.

6.2 Sports Betting. Sports markets on olx128 cover BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, badminton tournaments, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and major e-sports events. Odds are updated in real time. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are available and are governed by the specific rules published within the sportsbook section at the time of bet placement.

6.3 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the olx128 system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. olx128 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system faults, or events where the integrity of the outcome is called into question.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits. olx128 applies maximum payout limits per game category and per single betting event. These limits are published within the respective game lobby and sportsbook sections. In the event that a winning amount exceeds the published maximum, only the maximum payout limit will be disbursed.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. If a Player experiences a network disconnection during an active game round, the round will be completed by the system according to the game's programmed logic. Winnings from completed rounds will be credited to the Player's account. olx128 is not liable for losses arising from Player-side connectivity issues.

7.1 Player Tools. olx128 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Players may access the following self-management tools at any time within their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications of time elapsed during a session;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During any active self-exclusion period, olx128 will block access to the Platform, suspend all promotional communications, and prevent any deposits from being processed. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the olx128 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of olx128 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without olx128's prior written consent.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game titles and studio branding (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. olx128 operates under valid licensing agreements with all content providers on the Platform.

9.1 Platform Availability. olx128 targets 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. olx128 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime wherever reasonably practicable.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, olx128 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if olx128 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

9.3 Cap on Direct Liability. olx128's aggregate direct liability to any Player arising from any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their olx128 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Data Collection. olx128 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided during registration and KYC, as well as transactional data and usage analytics, in order to deliver and improve the Platform. Full details of our data practices are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.2 Data Security. All data transmitted between your device and the olx128 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. olx128 maintains industry-standard information security controls and does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

10.3 Cookies. olx128 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, remember user preferences, and collect aggregate analytics. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your olx128 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet, subject to completed KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by olx128. olx128 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or collusion with other Players;
• Use of automated software, bots, or prohibited technical tools;
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at olx128 staff or other Players.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, olx128 may void all Bonus Funds, pending promotional winnings, and any winnings derived from fraudulent or abusive activity. Real-money balances that are not subject to dispute will be returned to the Player following completion of any required compliance review.

12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which olx128 holds its international operating licence. Where local Indonesian law imposes mandatory consumer protection standards that exceed those provided herein, those mandatory standards shall apply to the extent required by law.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through olx128's internal customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, conducted in English.

12.3 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version produced for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

13.1 Right to Amend. olx128 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, olx128 will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address before the change takes effect.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the olx128 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.
